On offer is a highly autonomous role, in which you will remain hands-on, whilst leading your own maintenance department, responsible for site maintenance and continuous improvements.
The role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Manager, from a manufacturing background, looking to step up into an autonomous role offering further career development and progression.
The Role:
- Hands on maintenance, electrical & mechanical
- Driving continuous improvement across the site
- Manage your own diary & schedule with full autonomy
- 40hour week, flexible hours

- Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Manager
- Manufacturing background
- Happy staying on the tools, whilst progressing their career.
