Your Role:As the PA to the General Service Manager, you will be the backbone of the administrative team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support for memos, letters, and emails.
- Taking minutes at meetings to keep everyone on track.
- Overseeing the recruitment process for Service Apprentices across all branches, collaborating with HR and Service Managers.
- Maintaining the portals and Web Academy with updates related to staff and other manufacturer platforms.
- Fostering superior communication among branch Service Managers and Service Administrators while offering support as needed.
- Preparing letters and mail merge documents when required.
- Organising courses, travel, and hotel arrangements for the General Service Manager and service staff.
- Keeping in-house training records updated in conjunction with the HR department.
- Assisting the warranty team as necessary.
- Ensuring the General Service Manager's online calendar is up-to-date and booking interviews/meetings when appropriate.

- Excellent communication skills with a diplomatic approach to dealing with customers and managers.
- A friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Proven experience in a similar role, including minute-taking and administrative support.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- A calm demeanour under pressure and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A flexible and approachable attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively with others.
- Discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
