We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our school community in Maldon, starting immediately. As a Primary Teacher , you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for our youngest learners. Your passion for early years education will drive you to nurture each child’s development, ensuring they have a solid foundation for their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Foster children’s social, emotional, and intellectual growth, supporting early literacy and numeracy.
  • Monitor and assess individual progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet each child’s unique needs.
  • Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment to encourage curiosity and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and maintain open communication with parents regarding student development.

In this role, the Primary Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, communicate with parents, and take part in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching practices. Your enthusiasm and commitment to early years education will be essential in providing students with the best start to their school experience.
