We are seeking a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join their team and help support the Branch Manager in driving the company's success.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator:
- Applicant registration and maintaining an accurate database
- Business development through generating valuation, mortgage, and solicitor leads
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Updating and managing data in the CRM system
- Negotiating offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
What You Need to Succeed as a Sales Negotiator:
- Proven sales experience in estate agency
- Outstanding customer service and telephone communication skills
- Strong drive, determination, and a results-oriented mindset
- A full, clean driving licence and own vehicle
- Ideally based near Maldon, Essex
What's on Offer:
- Competitive base salary up to £20 - £22,000 pa (depending on experience)
- Pooled office commission structure
- Realistic OTE of £35,000 + per annum
- Mileage paid
