A large leading Independant Estate Agency in Maldon is looking to bring in a new Trainee Lettings Negotiator to their company. If you have bundles of drive, enthusiasm and ideally come from a customer service background then you should apply!!Responsibilities for this Trainee Lettings Negotiator role will include:
  • Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent.
  • Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio.
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
Skills & Experience for this Trainee Lettings Negotiator role:
  • No industry experience is required as full training will be provided. However, all those applying must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a competitive customer focused environment.
  • Enthusiastic and competitive.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
  • IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential
Salary & Benefits for this Trainee Lettings Negotiator role include;  Basic salary is between £18,000 - £19,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, plus car allowance, bonuses and other financial incentives.
