A client of ours in the Maldon area are recruiting a Receptionist to join their team. This is a part-time position working Saturday & Sunday 10.00am - 3.00pm and paying up to 13.00 per hour depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet customers, deliveries and sales enquiries as the first point of contact.
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming, warm and professional atmosphere within Reception.
- Dealing with all enquiries both in person and over the phone to existing and prospective owners.
- Carry out administrative duties, including scanning& filing.
- Provide information on the Resort, such as services, site fees, on park facilities and local services/attractions.
- Respond to calls, messages, and emails by responding or redirecting as appropriate, within a timely manner
- Efficiently operate the Park telephone system, barrier, and parking systems.
- Provide an efficient support service to resolve guest problems, gas bottle orders, maintenance issues/requirements etc.
- Take payment for caravan owners' accounts and issue receipts.
- Use Sage Accounting System to access customer accounts
- Process post as required.
- Receive sales enquires and develop potential sales leads.
- Guide potential customers around the Resort and confidently show holiday homes for sale with knowledge of the caravans for sale.
