Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding service via telephone, chat, and email.
  • Build rapport quickly to understand and meet each customer’s unique needs.
  • Represent our company with passion, ensuring a positive and friendly experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet departmental and personal service level agreements and KPIs in line with company standards.
