As a valued member of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group—home to Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need, and Snow + Rock—you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to outdoor enthusiasts. Help us promote sustainability and support our customers with top-notch products from world-leading brands.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding service via telephone, chat, and email.
- Build rapport quickly to understand and meet each customer’s unique needs.
- Represent our company with passion, ensuring a positive and friendly experience throughout the customer journey.
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet departmental and personal service level agreements and KPIs in line with company standards.
