If you are a motivated Paralegal with a keen interest in Residential Property and are ready to take the next step in your legal career, this is the role for you!About the Role:As a Paralegal in the Residential Property team, you will be a vital part of the department, assisting solicitors in managing property transactions from start to finish. This role offers hands-on experience and the chance to work closely with seasoned professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Solicitors: Assist with the management of residential property transactions, from instruction through to completion.
  • Prepare Legal Documents: Draft contracts, transfer deeds, and land registry forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Conduct Searches and Submissions: Handle property searches, SDLT submissions, and applications to the Land Registry.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate client records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
About You:
  • Experience in Residential Property: Prior experience in this area is highly desirable.
  • Organised and Efficient: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
