Role Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Digital Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product representation, seamless user experience, and optimal website performance. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth through content optimization and conversion rate improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update website content aligned with campaign schedules, delivery promises, and e-commerce strategy.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information for ongoing and new collections.
  • Merchandise products to maximize conversion rates and average order value (AOV).
  • Optimize the website for maximum conversion rates across different regions.
  • Conduct monthly reviews using qualitative and quantitative data to enhance user experience.
  • Perform site audits, measuring key KPIs and ensuring accurate product information and placement.
  • Optimize the search function for new product launches.
  • Keep site navigation up to date for a customer-centric shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with teams to align the website with brand strategy and high standards.
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant or duplicate information.
  • Manage support issues with the website agency, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of work experience as a website and/or merchandising executive.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce systems, preferably Magento, and CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, data interpretation, Word, and PowerPoint. Good understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and manage website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to multitask.
