Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

Salary: £24,960 + up to £700 bonus per annum

Responsibilities

  • Processing returns efficiently by ensuring they are handled promptly and records are kept up to date.
  • Managing supplier relationships to ensure smooth returns and timely updates.
  • Providing excellent customer service by keeping customers informed and resolving aftersales queries.
  • Handling credits and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Tracking stock movements to monitor returned stock and support inventory management.
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance aftersales processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • A strong customer service focus, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
