Responsibilities
- Processing returns efficiently by ensuring they are handled promptly and records are kept up to date.
- Managing supplier relationships to ensure smooth returns and timely updates.
- Providing excellent customer service by keeping customers informed and resolving aftersales queries.
- Handling credits and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Tracking stock movements to monitor returned stock and support inventory management.
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance aftersales processes.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong customer service focus, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to handle data and records.
- Clear and professional communication skills when dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges.
- A sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality results.
- Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
