Our client, a security specialist are looking for attentive and confident communicators to join their continuously growing operation. As a Customer Service Executive within their alarm activation team you will become a key member of their business managing activations, raising responses and being the client representative ensuring all measures all actioned.

We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a thriving firm, growing their client base and a specialist within a bespoke industry. With a developing consumer base our client is looking for a passionate Customer Service Executive to join their alarm activation team. Our client is one of the UK's leader in property and site security.

As the Customer Service Executive you will develop, grow and maintain a portfolio of clients effectively managing the customer journey from a security and advice point of view.

The nature of our client's business within the alarm activation team requires the staff to wok on a 4 on 4 off rota from 19:00pm - 07:00am.

ThisCustomer Service Executiverole will hold the below responsibilities:

  • Managing customer relationships arranging quotes and relationship management
  • Reviewing customer cases and issuing responses
  • Deal with inbound customer enquiries
  • The processing and action of work orders compiled by their clients
  • Managing a portfolio of clients requests and provide aftercare
  • Dealing with invoice queries and issuing customer invoices
  • General administration duties
  • Handling of complaints in accordance with the agreed escalation process.

The ideal candidate for thisCustomer Service Executiverole will hold the exposure and skillsets below:

  • Previous exposure within an administrative or customer service role is essential
  • Naturally a confident communicator with the ability to build secure relationships
  • A progressive and professional mindset with the want to grow
  • Previous experience with invoicing or customer queries would be advantageous
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Competent in Microsoft office and outlook
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Full UK Driving License
