What You'll Do -
Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, setting and surpassing productivity targets.
Develop Talent: Coach your team to excel, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and a lean approach.
Drive Efficiency: Use planning tools to keep operations smooth and identify issues before they arise.
Champion the Customer: Embrace a customer-first mindset and instill it within your team.
What You'll Bring -
Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a warehouse team leader or manager.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator, especially under pressure.
