We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a leader in property security solutions looking for aCCTV Account Manager to join and thrive within a market leading firm. This is a new role looking to be pioneered with the direction of the Head Of Solutions, to help them continue to grow and take them from strength to strength.

With a thriving customer base our client is looking for a talent to join them and spearhead their customer onboarding and product recommendation to new and existing clients.

This is a unique opportunity that blends design, operations and sales focussed tasks where you will take the customer on a journey from initial enquiry, through to site assessments, concluding relationships upon site installations.

This CCTV Account Manager role will have you managing relationships with engineers, technicians, sales function and customers providing multiple touch points internally and externally perfectly fitting for a target driven talent.

Property/ Property Maintenance/ Security/ CCTV/ Site exposure is essential.

ThisCCTV Account Manager role will offer you the below responsibilities:
  • Property Risk Assessment: Conduct desktop security assessments, identifying potential risks related to criminal activity and recommending appropriate security solutions.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with both internal teams and external customers, acting as a key advocate for the company's security solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the remote coordination of security installations, including physical and manned security measures, ensuring timely completion and high standards.
  • Technical Solutions: Use app-based software and CCTV tools (Fastfield, OnePlan, JVSGs IP Video System Design Tool, AXIS Site Designer, etc.) to complete accurate assessments and generate security plans.
  • Collaboration: Work with the New Sales Team to identify opportunities for growth and support the Account Management and Operations teams to deliver seamless security services.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all security assessments meet compliance standards, especially regarding void property insurance requirements, and maintain up-to-date records using CRM systems (Salesforce, Fastfield, CCTV design software).
  • Training & Audits: Organise and conduct site security audits, train security technicians, and assist with site maintenance visits as necessary.
  • Health & Safety: Identify and address Health & Safety risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and visitors.


The ideal candidate for this CCTV Account Manager role will hold the below exposure:
  • Sales & Commercial Awareness: Act as a commercial ambassador, advocating for the companys quality security solutions and helping to grow business opportunities.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the vacant property or corporate property sector is essential, with a strong understanding of physical security installations, compliance, and insurance requirements.
  • Technical Building Knowledge: Knowledge of small building works and void property compliance for insurance purposes is advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using CAD-based software for CCTV planning (e.g., CCTV Design Tool, Hikvision HiTools Designer, Wisenet Toolbox Plus), as well as experience in assessing properties for security needs.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams at all levels.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce), MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook), and security design software.
  • Flexibility & Initiative: Able to work independently, adapt to changing demands, and proactively monitor and prioritise workload.
