The Role:We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Allocator to join our Merchandising team. Based at our Basecamp in Kemble, this hybrid role requires three days in the office each week. As an Allocator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring stores are stocked efficiently to maximize sales and minimize excess inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate stock to stores based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Retail teams to refine sales forecasts and respond to changing demands.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations.
  • Analyze sales data and customer trends to inform allocation decisions.
  • Utilize stock management systems to track product performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Address stock discrepancies, resolve issues, and suggest process improvements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
