General Manager required for this Destination proper Best of British Gastro Pub to work with the owner and part of a sister boutique Hotel. General Manager's will lead and manage an accomplished team for this pub serving classic Modern British Cuisine with a base of French with more from the garden seasonal style menu along side the very finest classics .

General Manager's will be overseeing a 55 cover dining room and also overseeing PDR and events.as well as a great terrace. Manager's will have a solid and progressivebackground and in class operations and quality pubs.

Manager's will lead a good and well versed floor and bar team in the delivery of timely and oragnised service , knowledge of great food and wine as well as local Beer, is essential

As well as time management and good organisation , great communication is key. Manager's will have a good overall cv and experience within top level Restaurants and or pub's and hopefully at rosette level and or independent pub business history is a must as well as being highlyorganised and great team leaders with motivation.

General manager's will be running the pub for lunch service and dinner, 7 days a week with emphasis on Thursday to Sunday as the busy periods, due to the sister boutique hotel. but a company culture and great brigade will ensure a good balance in a tight knit team. leading to great working hours.
