The RoleAs an Allocator, you’ll be essential to our Merchandising team, ensuring stores are stocked to maximize sales and minimize excess inventory. Based at Basecamp, Kemble, this hybrid role involves three days a week in the office.

What You’ll Do

  • Allocate stock to stores based on sales trends and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Retail teams to adapt to changing demands.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or surpluses.
  • Analyze sales data to guide allocation decisions and improve performance.
  • Resolve stock discrepancies and suggest process improvements.
