In this dynamic role, you will learn to take charge of the manufacturing division, working closely across all departments including production and shop floor to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently. The role offers great autonomy and will also require you to occasionally work hands on across continuous improvements, enabling you to put your own stamp on company processes.
The role would suit a candidate from a Fabrication background, with Supervisory experience, looking to step up to management and take the lead within in a successful company.
The Role:
- Overseeing the Manufacturing and Production teams
- Growing a team of Fabrication Engineers
- Monday-Friday 08:00 - 16:30
The Person:
- Experience with Fabrication and Sheet Metal
- Some Supervisory experience, for example mentoring Apprentices
- Looking to step up into a management position
