RESTAURANT MANAGER required for an exciting opportunity at a hotel located in the Malmesbury area.

As RESTAURANT MANAGER, the ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager from within a premier 4 or 5 star hotel or from within a stand alone high profile restaurant. Experience at a multi rosette / Michelin fine dining level is essential.

As Restaurant Manager, you report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and will manage all aspects of the restaurant, delivering the ultimate fine dining experience; this includes taking a lead role in private dining and afternoon tea service. As Restaurant Manager, you will use your natural people management skills to lead and develop our incredible restaurant team, driving 5* service standards and taking guest dining experience to the next level.

As RESTAURANT MANAGER you will supervise, train, motivate, develop and lead your team within your department to ensure the smooth delivery of service, to maintain standards, ensure guest satisfaction and to increase sales. This is a hands-on role on the floor and good wine knowledge will also be required.

The salary for this opportunity of RESTAURANT MANAGER is given as competitive. Transport would be required for this role due to location and shift work. Live in accommodation may be a possibility but only short term for relocation.
