As part of our family of brands—Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need, and Snow + Rock—you’ll be at the heart of helping outdoor enthusiasts find the gear they need to enjoy the great outdoors while contributing to a more sustainable future.
Please note this role is 40 hours per week. You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends which will be working from home.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of our Customer Care department.
- Motivate and guide your team to exceed performance targets.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement positive changes.
- Foster a collaborative and energetic team atmosphere.
- Monitor department activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.
- Provide detailed performance reports and track daily issues to drive progress.
About You:
- You bring proven customer service experience and leadership skills in a similar setting.
- You’re an excellent communicator, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for problem-solving.
- You're passionate about leading a team, driving results, and making a positive impact.
