M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well-establishedmanufacturing company based in North Wiltshire.

Shifts Available:

AM Shift: Monday - Friday(06:30-15:00)

PM Shift: Monday- Thursday (15:00-00:30) Friday (15:00-1900)

Own transport is required due to location of site.

Role Duties:

  • Ensure productsare picked correctly and efficiently according to the order form and productivity is maximized.
  • Ensure adherence to any company policies and Standard Operating Procedures set out by the company, ensuring you display and encourage a positive attitude towards both Dispatch and companywide goals.
  • Assist the Despatch Supervisor in carrying out regular stock checks to ensure finished product numbers are in line with the ERP system.
  • Replenish stock in the dispatch warehouse when required, highlighting any stock shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately to ensure this information is passed on to the correct department.
  • Collect stock from the production department as and when required.
  • Prioritize Health & Safety in all areas of operation, ensuring that risk assessments are adhered to, this is including safe systems of work and any training that has been given.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times, ensuring high levels of housekeeping and suggesting improvements wherever possible.
  • Assisting with the set-up of the following day.
  • Gift-wrapping whenever required.
  • Flexibility to work in other areas of the business as and when required, including other tasks as requested which are not within the scope of your normal activities.
