- Greet and assist visitors, notifying staff of arrivals.
- Book and coordinate meetings, including customer lunches.
- Provide general administrative and business support.
- Maintain and update records in IFS and MIS systems.
- Manage manual and electronic filing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists for exports.
- Coordinate shipping logistics, including obtaining quotes, arranging couriers, and acquiring necessary documents.
- Maintain shipping records and collaborate with the global logistics team.
- Manage and log project-related documentation, ensuring timely transmittals and version control.
- Support project teams with manufacturing record books (MRB) and document archiving.
- Update database records in ERP and maintenance systems.
- Coordinate with the Buyer and COE for quotes, purchase requisitions, and part creation.
- Maintain accurate purchase and goods receipt records.
- Promote compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures, including training and emergency protocols.
