A well-established accountancy practice based in Malton is looking for a Client Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As Client Manager, you will be:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert financial advice and support
  • Reviewing and finalising accounts, tax returns, and VAT submissions
  • Overseeing junior team members, offering mentorship and technical guidance
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies within the practice
To be successful in this Client Manager role, you will ideally have/be:

  • A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with strong technical expertise
  • Experienced in managing client portfolios within an accountancy practice
  • Proficient in cloud-based accounting software (such as Xero or Quickbooks)
  • A confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
