What the Telesales job involves

  • Researching within the industry to find new opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls to promote business products.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers ensuring they are kept informed of new products and promotions .
  • Inputting customer details into the CRM system
  • Liaising with the quotation team to generate quotes

Skills required

  • Good IT skills – MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self Managed and able to work on your own initiative.

  • OTE up to £45,000
  • Full or part time hours available
