Do you have experience in Telesales, Sales or Customer Service. Are you looking for either a part time or full-time job in the Malton area, with hybrid and flexible working options.

We are exclusively working with a growing business that really cares and supports it’s people, who sell their products across the whole of the UK.

What the Telesales job involves

• Researching within the industry to find new opportunities.
• Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls to promote business products.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers ensuring they are kept informed of new products and promotions .
• Inputting customer details into the CRM system
• Liaising with the quotation team to generate quotes

Skills required

• Good IT skills – MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self Managed and able to work on your own initiative.

Other information

• OTE up to £45,000
• Full or part time hours available
• 20 Days plus bank holidays
• Hybrid working available after initial training
• Health care scheme
