We are seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join a complex needs unit in Malton, Norton, providing care for individuals over 65 years old.

Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a residential or inpatient healthcare setting.
The pay rates range from £13.94 to £20.00 per hour, depending on experience and role.

ROLE:Band 2 Healthcare Assistant

LOCATION:Malton, Norton

START DATE:Immediate/ASAP

PAY RATES:£13.94p/h ltd. - £20.00p/h ltd.

DURATION:Ongoing, AdHoc Basis

SHIFT PATTERNS: 0730-1945 Long Days, 1600-0000 Twilight's, 1930-0745 Nights

The Role:

Assisting patients with daily activities such as personal care.
Assisting qualified nursing staff where necessary.
Making patients feel comfortable and calm.

The Person

12 months minimum experience working as a HealthcareAssistant in a residential or inpatient setting.
Excellent Communication Skills
