About Us:Â We are working for a long-standing agricultural company based in York who are seeking an Admin Assistant to join their HR team. This role is ideal for someone within HR or with strong administrative experience. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of HR administration duties with the support of the HR team. We are looking for a personable, motivated, and confident individual with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
Position:Â HR Admin Assistant
Hours: Monday – Friday
Location: Molton
Pay: £28,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Carry out induction administration and training for all employees.
- Assist with recruitment by screening CVs, setting up interviews, and following up as part of candidate care.
- Manage and maintain up-to-date Excel spreadsheets.
- Conduct internal audits of HR databases and employee files.
Key Attributes:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle matters confidentially and sensitively as a strong team player.
