Seeking a generalist HR Advisor working for a Family business of approx 150 employees reporting into the HR Business Partner supporting with all areas of HR across the business including manufacturing, logistics and Head Office.

Description
- Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers in line with company policies and procedures.
- Support and facilitate staff training and development initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure they are fair and effective.
- Manage employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal requirements.
- Support and advise on performance management processes.
- Participate in the design and delivery of employee engagement initiatives.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field - desirable
- Solid knowledge of Employee Relations, HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience with HR software and HR metrics.
- Strong ethical standards and a high level of personal integrity.
