A leading York based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold and new build cases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and the more complex property transactions.

You must have a solid background in residential conveyancing handling your own caseload.

You will be working as part of a friendly team, the firm have an excellent reputation within the industry and local area. You will enjoy working with a varied and interesting caseload whilst gaining the sense of satisfaction of managing the conveyancing process from start to finish.
