The Fulfilment & Dispatch Process Manager will lead and evolve our dispatch operation. You’ll be responsible for team performance, process improvement, cost control, and systems optimisation—all while supporting the business through a key period of growth and transition.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and help shape the future of how we fulfil and ship thousands of orders every day.

Key Responsibilities? Take full responsibility for all outgoing orders (B2C & B2B), ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and to spec.

? Partner with the existing team leader, who manages the day-to-day on-the-ground activities. You’ll provide strategic direction, support, and accountability.

? Manage rotas, staffing levels, labour costs, and performance across a 12-person team.

? Track KPIs, run regular performance reports, and lead 1-to-1s to drive development and accountability.

? Design and implement a sustainable weekend dispatch model. You may need to be involved during rollout, with occasional oversight thereafter to ensure continued success.

? Help plan and execute our move to a new warehouse in the coming months. This includes contributing to layout, systems, and process design.

? Monitor usage and reorder as needed, liaising with suppliers to manage stock levels and costs.

? Identify opportunities and implement new ways of working that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support growth.

? Learn and adapt our warehouse management software (Linnworks), optimising workflows to suit our evolving needs.

To be successful as the Fulfilment & Dispatch Process Manager we're looking for:-? A proven leader, ideally with experience in busy dispatch or fulfilment operations.

? Comfortable working with and through a team leader—clear communicator, good with people, and strong on accountability.

? Confident managing people, processes, performance, and costs.

? Logical, organised, and calm under pressure—particularly during peak periods or times of change.

? Skilled in using systems, data, and Excel to monitor and improve performance.

? Proactive, forward-thinking, and solutions-focused—you don’t wait to be told what’s not working.

? Willing to roll up your sleeves when needed, especially during periods of transition (e.g. warehouse move, weekend launch).

? Comfortable working closely with company directors and contributing to high-level planning.
