Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the business to deliver services to its customers and internal colleagues.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Schedule work for the service engineers and technicians
2. Manage work for the service team, and to issue quotations for service care plans and repairs/calibrations
3. Inputting supplier invoices on date of receipt of invoice
4. Arranging vehicle servicing and repairs and maintaining vehicle records including mileage.
5. Receiving parcels, opening, checking against delivery notes, receipting and distributing to stores or the service area.
6. Despatching parcels to customers and suppliers from packaging the parcel, raising delivery notes, arranging delivery via our courier’s portal, and liaising with customers and suppliers
7. Raising purchase orders from Bills of Materials or as instructed, having checked existing stock levels, and liaison with suppliers
8. Inputting marketing from external database and leads
9. Answering telephone calls, directing calls to the relevant colleague, taking messages and relaying queries as required
