Our client is vastly proud of their on-site installation and technical support team and due to a phenomenal year, are looking to add to this by recruiting an experienced Operations Project Coordinator to join their Malvern site.
This is a full time, permanent position that can offer a salary up to £35K plus excellent company benefits and great career progression opportunities.
We are looking for a candidate To provide administrative support to the business to deliver services to its customers and internal colleagues.
To be considered, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project Support role.
Project Coordinator main duties:
- Use SimPRO & Xero to manage business operations, financial data, and issue quotations.
- Schedule Work and coordinate service engineers and technicians’ tasks.
- Issue Quotations to prepare service care plan and calibration/repair quotes in SimPRO.
- Record Financial Data and Input supplier invoices in SimPRO/Xero and maintain Excel records.
- Manage Vehicle Fleets including arrange servicing, repairs, and track mileage.
- Goods Inward Processing to receive, check, and record deliveries in SimPRO.
- Despatch, package and send parcels, raise delivery notes, and arrange courier services.
- Raise Purchase Orders to check stock levels and liaise with suppliers in SimPRO/Xero.
- Marketing Data Entry Input external database leads into SimPRO.
- Answer Calls Direct inquiries, take messages, and relay queries as needed.
Project Coordinator required skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 year project coordination experience in a similar business.
- Prior expereince with SimPro is an advantage but not essential.
- Execute the responsibilities of a company representative according to the required lawful and ethical standards.
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures to carry out work, following the required SOPs, customer/ company H&S requirements and QMS requirements
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, supervisors, and customers.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
- Play an active role in maintaining and improving the reputation of the Validair brand name and establishing long term client relationships.
- Driving licence.
