Subcontractor Ledger Clerk - Malvern Up to £28,000 per annum Malvern | Hybrid Working Part-Time Hours Permanent Contract We are looking for a Subcontractor Ledger Clerk to join a well-established, family-run business in Malvern. Whether you're an experienced professional or a junior candidate looking to build a career in finance, this role offers fantastic training and long-term stability in a supportive team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Subcontractor Ledger, ensuring accurate invoice processing and payments. Process and input subcontractor invoices efficiently. Maintain and update subcontractor account details. Ensure compliance with CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) requirements. Reconcile subcontractor statements on a monthly basis. Handle subcontractor queries and resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end processes related to accounts payable. Support the Accounts Manager and finance team with reporting and ad hoc tasks. What We're Looking For: Experience in purchase ledger or subcontractor ledger is beneficial but not essential - training will be provided. A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve queries. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. A team player with strong communication skills. Benefits:
