SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Malvern who are looking for a Marketing Sales Exec / Account Manager to join the team £25,000 - £50,000 / OTE £100,000 (Package to be designed around the candidate) Fully Expensed car Candidate must have a Marketing Agency background The Role We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Marketing Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering compelling sales pitches to prospective clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about marketing and sales. Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. - Develop and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to potential clients. - Understand client needs and tailor marketing solutions to meet their objectives. - Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop proposals and strategies. - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques. - Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. Skills & Experience Required - Proven experience in a marketing sales role or Account Management, ideally within a marketing agency or related industry. - Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
