- Manage a pipeline of opportunities from prospect stage to launch, with the support of the wider Balens team.
- Deliver new and maintain existing introducer and partner relationships.

- Be a key member of our Events team, delivering workshops, presentations, networking and engaging with attendees, exhibitors, and partners.
- Work collaboratively with our Compliance and Agency teams to ensure all regulatory components of relationship management are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead generation, opportunity conversion and penetration rates.
- Resolve incidents promptly and Implement improvements based on incident analysis.
- Identify opportunities for individual and team development, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Proven experience in a sales focused role.
- Demonstrated success in lead acquisition and conversion.Â
