An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen as a Licenced Conveyancer to join an innovate start-up law firm. Our client already has an established presence across the UK offering will writing services and is looking to continue to expand its Trusts division.
We are seeking a Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years minimum of Asset Protection Trust / Lifetime Discretionary Trust experience.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, and property finance.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring the firm's reputation for excellence and personalised service is upheld.
- Conducting all conveyancing procedures including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, leasehold documents, and other legal documents
- Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and legislative requirements
What we need from you:
- 2 year+ PQE private client solicitor/FILEX/CLC or similar experienced Fee Earner.
- Strong knowledge Asset Protection Trust / Lifetime Discretionary Trust experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
