The RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding support via phone and email systems. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery, meeting agreed standards while building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support through a ticketing system and phone.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor and act on support tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
- Keep customers informed on the progress of their queries.
- Help drive continuous improvements in service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure service agreements are upheld.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to follow processes with a strong attention to detail.
This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £27,000p/a.
