The Role - Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Malvern. This role is available immediately and will run until at least the May half-term, with the possibility of an extension through to July. You will provide 1:1 support to individual students, assist with whole-class activities, and help ensure a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students who require additional assistance.
- Assist in delivering lessons and supporting students across various subjects.
- Help manage classroom activities, ensuring all students remain engaged and make progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective educational outcomes.
- Support the well-being of students and contribute to their social and emotional development.
About You:
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
- Patient, proactive, and able to adapt to varying classroom needs.
- Based in or near Malvern, Worcestershire, and available to start immediately.
