SF Recruitment is seeking a Finance Manager for a growing business in Malvern.
The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with experience in financial and management reporting and possess strong leadership skills.
This position requires the candidate to work on-site three days a week and involves key duties such as month-end management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and supervising a small team.
The role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 to £65,000 and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Candidates close to qualification will also be considered for this exciting opportunity in a dynamic business sector.

Finance Manager SF Recruitment are currently working with a growing business in Malvern in the recruitment of a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate: We are seeking a qualified accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA with experience within both financial and management reporting, together with strong leadership and mentoring skills. Based on site in the office 3 days per week, this is an exciting time to join a very interesting business sector. Key duties will include:

Month end management accounts and commentary
Budgeting and forecasting
Variance analysis
Cashflow forecasting
Support the Year end and audit process
VAT returns
Training and mentoring
Supervising a small team
Good communication and IT skills are essential
