AtkinsClarkeis excited to bring an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing, innovative business based in Worcestershire. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role offers autonomy over the finance team and the chance to drive improvements across the finance function. ROLE:

As Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a substantial impact on the finance team and overall financial performance. Working closely with the Finance Director, youll oversee day-to-day financial operations, while identifying and implementing improvements to processes and controls. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
  • Oversee the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support the Finance Director with strategic planning and financial analysis.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Play a key role in M&A activity, supporting financial due diligence and integration of new acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and manage external audits.

PERSON:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a background in a growing SME or international business. You will have a hands-on approach and a keen interest in supporting both operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
