Production Operative/ Forklift Counterbalance Driver required.
Own transport is essential due to location -
Working indoor and outdoors throughout the day so someone who is happy working in all weathers!
Working within a small, friendly team, we are looking for a pro-active and hands on candidate, the main duties will be:
- Driving a Counterbalance Forklift
- Loading and Unloading
- Picking and packing orders
- Using bagging machine to seal bag
- Loading bags onto pallets
- Shrink wrapping pallets
- Other adhoc duties
- Lifting of up to 25kg
- Liaising with lorry drivers
Opportunity to be trained up to drive a telehandler for the right candidate.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 0800 - 1645 and Friday 0800 - 1530 with a 15 min paid break at 10am and a 30 min unpaid break at 1pm.
Safety boots will be required, other PPE will be provided by the client - gloves, goggles, dust mask and ear defenders. Hi-viz will be required if entering outside / yard area
