Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service? We’re seeking a Customer Service Co-Ordinator for a fast-paced company to efficiently manage preparation of products to dispatch to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally fulfill the needs of internal and external customers, ensuring a high standard of service
  • Log, prepare, and coordinate requests with precision
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with the department for stock replenishment
  • Create delivery notes using the company’s internal accounts system
  • Manage couriers to arrange sample deliveries within the UK and internationally
  • Coordinate air freight for international dispatches
  • Keep the business updated on new product arrivals
  • Carry out any additional tasks relevant to stock management
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, actively promoting all company policies and procedures

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments and with external partners
  • Determination to see tasks through to completion to a high standard
  • Valid UK driving license
