Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service? We’re seeking a Customer Service Co-Ordinator for a fast-paced company to efficiently manage preparation of products to dispatch to both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally fulfill the needs of internal and external customers, ensuring a high standard of service
- Log, prepare, and coordinate requests with precision
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with the department for stock replenishment
- Create delivery notes using the company’s internal accounts system
- Manage couriers to arrange sample deliveries within the UK and internationally
- Coordinate air freight for international dispatches
- Keep the business updated on new product arrivals
- Carry out any additional tasks relevant to stock management
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, actively promoting all company policies and procedures
Skills & Experience Required:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments and with external partners
- Determination to see tasks through to completion to a high standard
- Valid UK driving license

- Manual handling and working at low temperatures
- Occasional lone working with risk assessment
