Mechanical Fitter
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum (plus benefits and overtime potential)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday days with core hours being 10am-4pm
Total Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days Plus bank holiday

Mechanical Fitter Key Responsibilities:

Assemble high-quality components and specialist sub-assemblies.
Read, interpret, and work accurately from detailed engineering drawings.
Operate and maintain a range of machine shop equipment.
Approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Mechanical Fitter Essential Skills and Experience:

Strong background in mechanical fitting; electrical fitting skills are a bonus.
Proven experience in building bespoke or special-purpose machinery.
