Exciting Opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant -

Are you passionate about food and looking for an exciting role in product development? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant to join our clients dynamic New Product Development (NPD) team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product Managers with kitchen tasks in developing a wide range of products
  • Prepare and cook samples for internal presentations, quality panels, and tasting sessions.
  • Manage sample shipments and liaise between the Malvern office and our external sample unit.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation of chilled, frozen, and ambient samples.
  • Shop at local supermarkets and food stores to source ingredients and comparison samples.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment and carry out general kitchen duties.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous kitchen experience is essential.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • A passion for food and an interest in product development.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and flexible.
  • Able to work well as part of a team, but also capable of managing your own tasks.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
