Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary to support our busy conveyancing team on an immediate temp basis with the opportunity to go permanent. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our conveyancing processes, providing administrative support, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist conveyancers with administrative tasks, including preparing and managing legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and solicitors to facilitate the conveyancing process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Schedule appointments and manage diaries for conveyancers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a legal or conveyancing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
