Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a packaging machinery background looking to work for a truly global packaging company, who offer a great working environment, a range of company benefits that can boost your earnings and the opportunity to train and progress your career?

On offer is the opportunity to join a worldwide packaging solutions company who were established in 1960 and have blossomed into the market-leading expert in their field, originating in the USA, they are looking to add to their team in the UK.

This varied role will see working on-site across a rolling shift pattern of days, evenings and nights, responsible for pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance. There is ongoing project work, continuous improvement plans, production and machinery line installations and the opportunity to do overtime and on-call weekends. This is a 12 month contract, which has the opportunity to go permanent.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a manufacturing or packaging background looking to work for a leading company in their field, who offer extensive training, opportunities to progress and a range of lucrative company benefits.

The Role:

  • Preplanned and Reactive Maintenance
  • Continuous Improvement projects
  • Production Line / Machinery Installations
  • Shift Pattern (6AM2PM, 2PM-10PM, 10PM-6AM)
  • 10% shift allowance, 1.5x / 2x overtime rates
  • Initial 12 month contract - opportunity for permanent position after.

The Person:

  • Maintenance Engineer or similar
  • Background in Manufacturing / Packaging environment
  • Commutable to Malvern
