Marketing Coordinator

Office Working full-time in Malvern, potential for Hybrid working

Temp for 6 months and could be extended

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Are you passionate about marketing and looking to make an impact? This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of campaigns, collaborate with different teams, and help drive our clients marketing strategy. An interest in Digital Marketing is advantagous.

This role will be full time, split against the below duties:

Service coordinator - 3 days a week
Digital Marketing - 2 days a week

Marketing Coordinator - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day management of marketing channels, including campaigns, content creation, and announcements.
  • Use CRM systems to manage and evaluate campaigns, and ensuring leads are tracked.
  • Create engaging newsletters, blog posts and advertising for different customer segments.
  • Maintain relationships with third parties, including partners and vendors.
  • Monitor budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Analyse competitor activities and stay updated on marketing trends.

Marketing Executive - Skills & Requirements

  • Previous copywriting experience is essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns and CRM tools.
  • Strong interest/skills in digital marketing.
  • Team player with a creative and proactive approach.
