T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of a successful SME business who have an opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join their team. Being part of a collaborative and supportive culture as Systems Administrator you will liaise with the operational side of the business maintaining the workflow on the system keeping to SLAs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to really make their mark in the business.

This is a newly created role due to growth and expansion.

  • Competitive Salary £25,000 to £28,000
  • Office based - Malvern

As Systems Administrator key responsibilities will include:

  • You will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working alongside contract managers dealing with day-to-day enquiries regarding their contracts and maintaining SLAs.
  • Project manage elogbooks systems across the business portfolio.
  • Materials, equipment and tools procurement where necessary
  • Be the point of contact for labour queries.
  • Resolving day to day issues as they arise.
  • Managing a busy workload and prioritising work schedules
  • Instigate new technologies and processes to maximise efficiencies within the department.

To be successful as Office Administrator you will have the following attributes, skills and experience:

  • Previous office administrative experience is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding administrative skills
  • An ability to work to a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately
  • Working independently or as a team, you will have the ability to engage with other members of the business to encourage a smooth and efficient service for our clients
  • Computer literate with a high level of competency in MS Office.
  • Good IT skills especially Word and Excel
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Self-starter who can use own initiative
  • You will be a team player and be happy to support other team members
  • To take responsibility for you own workload and prioritise to meet deadlines
