This role is perfect for a professional with a proven track record in property management who can oversee property maintenance, tenant relations, and compliance with confidence.Key Responsibilities:Our client is looking for a highly organized, proactive Property Manager who demonstrates strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to property management. Prior experience in the following areas will be highly beneficial:
  • Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day operations for assigned properties, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs swiftly.
  • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Lease Management: Oversee lease agreements, including renewals and terminations, while ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.
  • Rent and Financial Management: Handle rent payments, including collection and reconciliation, and maintain accurate property reports, budgets, and financial records.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and service providers to coordinate timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties are compliant with property laws and regulations through regular safety checks and updates.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle urgent repairs and unexpected issues promptly.
  • Marketing Support: Implement and support marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Skills:
  • Proven experience in property management or a similar role within the property sector.
  • Strong understanding of property management practices and relevant laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
