Our client is looking for an experienced secretary/PA who is adaptable to working in a legal environment to assist with solicitors and providing support to clients. If you have previous secretarial experience and understand audio typing, this could be the role for you!

Secretary/Personal Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate and up to date diaries with appointments with clients.
  • Providing excellent face-to-face and over the phone customer service.
  • Supporting solicitors in the execution of their role.
  • General office duties including filing and scanning.
  • Dealing with clients in a sympathetic manner and building relationships.

Secretary/Personal Assistant - Skills & Requirements

  • Previous audio typing experience is essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Good knowledge of office practices.
