The Job role:
- Providing legal services to clients in areas such as wills, trusts, probate, and wealth management
- Advising, assisting, and representing clients with a high level of client care
- Managing a case load of private client work:Dealing with clients in person, by phone, or by correspondence
- Drafting wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and other legal documents
- Calculating inheritance tax, making applications for reliefs, and administering estates
- Working with other legal professionals and contributing to the firm's objectives
- Assisting with marketing the firm and team
- Maintaining diary systems and recording time
- Submitting bills to clients
Your Client base is likely to include HNWILandowners, and Charities
